Hampton uses an intuitive modality resembling deep tissue work to let tension in muscles make itself known, with the belief that patient presence unlocks the wells within us. He studied at the National Holistic Institute, and has also offered massage to the staff and teachers of a local yoga studio.

Hampton’s focus is on the power of the presence of touch to facilitate permissions to release. He celebrates people’s choice to take care and tend to themselves through bodywork - it is an act of self-love that impacts all levels of one’s being, not simply the physical - and he is honored to participate with people in this process. His interests also include ecstatic dance, astrology, meditation, bikram yoga, and the relationships between psychology and spirituality.
